"Loving, eating, and reading are very similar to living". This is a line of my most favorite book. Books tell me many things and give me many fantastic experiences, too. Now, I want to tell you why I like to read books. There are two reasons. First, I will tell you about my childhood memories. When I was three years old, I didnft like to read books. I loved to play outside, but my room had many picture books at that time. One day, I had a fever and I couldnft go outside. Then my mother told me many stories. I was drawn into the booksf world. I loved many books. For example, "Guri, Gura, and Gururira", "Uncle Arch Bolt" and "Eleven Cats Into the Bag". However, "Guri, Gura and Gururira" is my most favorite picture book. I still remember this story now. I came to like reading a book in this way. Second, when I entered elementary school, I read many books. When I was in 5th Grade, my homeroom teacher held the Reading Contest. It was about: "How Many Pages Did You Read?" I read many books in six years, about 400,000 pages, but my classmate read 1,000,000 pages in six years. Therefore, I still remember that I was annoyed. She knew many more things than me. Actually, she is still my close friend now.

I have many books, over one hundred, in my room now. All books are my treasure because books give me a chance to make many discoveries. I made a rule about books. That is to read one book five or more times. This is because I can discover much more by doing so, and reading again and again, I become friends with my books. Recently, people say they canft read books. I think that you donft necessarily have to read a book. For example, all people have their most favorite comic. I think it is OK. You can get something from the comic that is your treasure. I have my most favorite comic, too. The title is "March comes in like a lion". This comic is written by Chica Umino. This is a very heartwarming story. This comic gives me more energy when I read it.

In other words, books may become our partner for our living. I think reading books is similar to loving. Please read more books and find your original stories in your life.
