Social networking is a great invention. Many people who have mobile phones are using Social Network Services and they are using the internet because now society has become more and more globalised. Nowadays, there are many kinds of social network service. In Japan, many people are using 'Mixi' and Mixi has more than 40 million members. A famous movie was made about social network service, entitled 'Social Network'. There are good points and bad points to using social network services so I'll show you why people use a social network services and how it influences our lives.

There are many reasons why people are using social network services. It is a really convenient way to connect with some people and to introduce myself. First, we can connect friends between who live far away. When I visited Bangladesh, I made a lot of friends who stay there. Now I'm in Japan but I can keep in touch with them. Second, we can introduce ourselves by writing our hobby, birthday, home town, what school we belong to and put up some pictures. Third, we can make a lot of friends by using a social network service. Making some friends is very easy. If you find a person who has the same hobby, you can send an e-mail and message by using social network. That network is very useful to know each other.

However using social network service has us some bad things. When you always use the internet and if you click on a icon, which looks like a danger, it makes you feel dread. Second, there is a large amount of information on the internet but sometimes it might not be true and accurate information. Third, if you always use a social network service, I think you will not feel reality. If you are always using internet games and application software, you are always thinking about those things. But I think the most serious problem on the social network service is leaking of personal information. Then you should think about that problem when you write something on social network service.

In conclusion, social network services are really great things. We can keep in touch with friends all over the world and we can make friends with people wherever they live and whenever. However, it is best not to use social network services too much and sometimes it is dangerous. We should think about it more carefully.
