My recent favorite spaghetti

I cannot choose any other spaghetti from the menu because I am crazy about carbonara. I love eating this food. Although I can choose from many kinds of spaghetti, I always choose carbonara in a pasta shop or restaurant. It is my most recent favorite food so I want to eat it wherever I can.

Recently, I went to Popolamama which is a very cheap spaghetti shop to eat dinner with my friend. All the dishes taste good such as spaghettis flavored with soy sauce, tomato, cream, and salt, so my friend could not decide on one dish for a long time, but while she thought, I decided what I would eat very quickly. It was carbonara. After we ordered, I smelled a creamy and sweet scent in the air because we sat near the kitchen. Then a few minutes later, a waiter brought it to me. First, I enjoyed smelling and looking. It looked so delicious. It smelled of cream, pepper, and bacon. And it has smooth white cream sauce, some slices of the bacon, a little black pepper, and a soft boiled egg in the center of it. I think that the best part of carbonara is the egg. After breaking it with fork, yolk oozes out from the egg. When the spaghetti and the thick yolk combines, then it becomes perfectly delicious carbonara.

I have not known the most delicious carbonara in Japan yet, but I can go to a lot of restaurants with my family and friends now. So I am going to eat it when I go to restaurant and find it on the menu. I will choose carbonara even if I found other delicious-looking kinds of spaghetti.
